His mission

Centralisation and Modernisation of Resources On the 28th, the aim was to consolidate all useful information related to the health and social professions, which had previously been scattered, into a single location. The objective was to create a simple, modern, and optimised digital platform for search engine optimisation (SEO), in order to become the go-to source for these professions in the French-speaking part of Switzerland. Its mission is to highlight the diversity of careers within these sectors through thematic events, interactive workshops, guided tours, and inspiring meetings with professionals.

Initial client need

Centralisation and modernisation of resources

Le 28 aimed to gather in one location all useful information related to the health and social professions, which had previously been scattered. The objective was to create a straightforward, modern, and SEO-optimised digital platform to become the go-to source in French-speaking Switzerland for these professions.

Ease of content editing and updating

The centre required a system that would enable them to easily manage job sheets rich in content. The aim here was to be able to update information autonomously, quickly, and regularly, through a user-friendly interface, without relying on specific technical skills.

What was our approach?

We began the project with a series of design workshops bringing together teams from 28 and our own. These workshops laid the foundations of the site by precisely defining the objectives, the target audiences, the navigation structure, as well as the types of content to be included, such as job profiles, documentary resources, and interactive elements. This collective effort allowed us to establish a clear and shared vision from the outset.

The design phase was then conducted progressively, with several necessary back-and-forths to effectively convey the values of the association and meet its expectations. The result: a clear, user-friendly website that is enjoyable to explore, aligned with the centre's mission of providing information while remaining accessible to a wide audience.

On the technical development side, we opted for the Laravel Statamic framework, which offers a modular, intuitive back office that is easy for the 28 team to manage. Finally, we conducted thorough SEO optimisation work, particularly by implementing a dynamic sitemap that automatically adapts to newly published resources on the platform.

Results

To assist users in their exploration of social and healthcare professions, we have created an interactive onboarding page. This interface presents a series of simple questions that allow for an intuitive user profiling. Based on the responses, the platform automatically displays a selection of relevant job profiles, thus providing a targeted, engaging, and tailored experience to suit individual profiles.

A significant portion of the development has been dedicated to the structure and formatting of the job profiles, which are central to the Docuthèque. By focusing on the organisation and clarity of the content, we have made these profiles rich, accessible, and straightforward to consult, while also facilitating their updates by the team at 28.

Each job profile has been conceived as a complete unit of information, organised into blocks.

A feature allowing users to add profiles to their favourites. These favourites can be saved in the form of a session, using a unique code generated automatically. This enables users to retrieve their selection at any time, from any device, and even share this code with an advisor or a relative to facilitate discussions regarding a professional project.
