Pulse Dashboard in Ispra, Italy

EUCAD2025

We are proud to announce that our colleague Mattia is representing Dexio at EUCAD2025 (European Conference on Connected and Automated Driving), taking place this year in Ispra, Italy. He will present the Pulse Dashboard, a solution developed by Dexio as part of the ULTIMO project, which aims to bring autonomous mobility to Europe.

The Pulse Dashboard is a platform designed to enable public transport operators (PTOs) to monitor a fleet of autonomous vehicles in real time. In a context where vehicles operate without drivers, this solution plays a vital role: it allows for the remote replication of human supervision functions normally performed by a driver.

What is the Pulse Dashboard?

A remote monitoring platform

Thanks to the Pulse Dashboard, PTOs can:

  1. Establish live video communication between passengers and the control center, in case of need or emergency
  2. Monitor the status of each vehicle in real time
  3. Receive alerts in the event of incidents (accidents, passenger falls, overcrowding, etc.)
  4. Quickly make the necessary decisions to ensure passenger safety and comfort
  5. Access consolidated data for better analysis of operational performance

The Pulse Dashboard's Ambition

Because beyond driving, a bus driver also fulfills a fundamental role: ensuring the smooth running of the journey and the comfort and safety of passengers. It is this human dimension that the Pulse Dashboard aims to recreate remotely.
