2024 Retrospective & Holiday Season
The year 2024 is soon coming to a close, and to mark the occasion, we wanted to share with you the highlights that the MobileThinking team has experienced over the past 12 months.

Retrospective 2024 ⏳
The team has levelled up! ⬆️
This year, MobileThinking continues to grow and evolve.
First and foremost, Safia has successfully completed her third-year internship within the company. Thanks to her energy, motivation, and skills, she not only graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Web Development & Applications, achieving the best results in her cohort, but she also joined the team as a Full-Stack Developer, bringing the team to 10 members.
And the good news doesn’t stop there! Roseline, already well-established in her role as a Junior Digital Marketing Specialist, also earned her Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing & Communication this year.
Alongside this, a shift in pace occurred at MobileThinking: the majority of the team now works part-time. This choice allows everyone to dedicate more time to their personal lives and to fully enjoy what life has to offer 🌍
These new milestones mark a significant progression for the team, both professionally and personally. Congratulations to Safia and Roseline for their exceptional achievements, and thank you to the entire team for the energy and positive atmosphere that make MobileThinking a company that keeps levelling up! 👩💻🎓✨
Several projects have been completed
Numerous projects were completed this year. Some are confidential, while others are still in development. Here are a few of the projects that we can present to you.
Ultimo
Throughout the year, several meetings, project reviews, and encounters have marked the progress of the ULTIMO project. These strategic exchanges, combined with real-world testing, have allowed us to assess and refine the solutions developed to make the project viable on a large scale.
This year also marks a turning point with the announcement of the deployment of automated vehicles (AVs) in several European cities: on-demand minibuses in Herford (DE), AVs connecting suburbs to metro stations in Oslo (NO), and versatile AVs without fixed routes in Geneva (CH). These solutions aim to revolutionise mobility by making it more sustainable, accessible, and user-centric, while providing complementary options to existing transport networks.
The ULTIMO project is progressing rapidly, and our team remains more motivated than ever to achieve the set objectives. This year has demonstrated that collaboration, innovation, and collective commitment are the keys to its success. 🚖✨

Association Le 28
The Association Le 28, based in Geneva, aims to inform and guide individuals regarding careers in the health and social sectors. It plans to create a modern platform that offers detailed job profiles, interactive onboarding, and suitable tools to attract talent and address staff shortages in these fields.
MobileThinking is tasked with designing and developing the platform, transforming an existing artistic direction into a younger and more modern interface while ensuring a smooth and engaging user experience.

LAPaL - V2
The LAPaL project by Medicines Patent Pool aims to make information about long-acting medical technologies and their applications accessible.
Since 2021, MobileThinking has been enriching the site with key tools, such as pharmaceutical compound management and interactive features to facilitate access to data.
This year, many new features were introduced: an interactive comparator to analyse the characteristics of technologies and compounds, advanced visualisations such as graphs for clinical trials, and an interactive map for drug registration statuses, as well as import/export tools to manage substantial data volumes effectively.
Each new feature has been designed to make the user experience even smoother and more intuitive, while meeting the specific needs of this complex and exciting field.

École Moser - Digital Traces
A new year brings new features for the extranet of École Moser, which now includes a mobile tool for Cycle 1 teachers. This application allows them to create digital "Traces" (in the form of text, audio, video, or photo) related to students and school outings organised by the school. These traces can then be exported as PDFs and shared with parents.

This year, we decided to update our team portraits. The old ones, likely only a little newer than the release of GTA V, deserved a refresh 😄

We celebrated our 10th anniversary 🎉🎈🥳
On the occasion of this decade, we embarked on a genuine journey through time throughout the year, with a new destination each month to relive the adventure and evolution of MobileThinking over the past 10 years.
Many of you followed this journey, and we would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all our partners, clients, and collaborators who have made this decade an unforgettable adventure.
To mark this anniversary appropriately, we also decided to celebrate as a team during a special day filled with sharing and memorable activities.
On the agenda: Cooking 🍽️ and Curling 👋!
Bright and early, our team met in the city centre for a group cooking class. Together, we prepared a delicious three-course menu – starter, main course, and dessert – before enjoying it all around a friendly table, accompanied by a few good glasses of wine 🍷.
In the afternoon, we headed to the ice rink for an introduction to curling. Despite a slippery surface, there were no falls to report! The team enjoyed competing in intense strategy and sweeping matches.
Once again, a huge thank you to all for your support and trust over the years. We raise our glasses to 10 more years full of projects, adventures, and successes! 🥂✨

JoHdi Suite
The HR ecosystem of the JoHdi Suite is soon to be enhanced with a new tool to facilitate the onboarding of new employees! The design phase has been completed, and the developers have just begun. We can't wait to share more with you!
New Look for a New Decade
With all the waves of freshness, renewal, and progress that have washed over MobileThinking in recent years, it was time for us to take a new step forward.
That is why, in 2025, MobileThinking will be rebranding! 💥
Yes, no more long names and spelling mistakes, welcome to a new identity and a completely reimagined artistic direction that reflects our journey and our vision for the future. The website is also gearing up for a makeover, aligning with this new path.
We are incredibly proud of this evolution and look forward to unveiling the result. Prepare to be surprised!
